Did you know that July 7th is Chocolate Day?
I am not sure who deemed it so, but there is a whole industry of greeting cards proclaiming this. But regardless of who proclaimed July 7th Chocolate Day, why not celebrate with some great chocolate recipes.
How about some treats for your sweetheart?
Chocolate candy is a hit with everyone, but you can surprise your sweetheart on chocolate day. She will be be surprised since it is not Valentine's day yet.
Or for the ultimate dessert, how about a nice chocolate sundae? Made with chocolate ice cream, syrup, nuts and sprinkles. You can use other flavors of ice cream if you like also.
Remember, any day is a good day to each chocolate. But now you have a great excuse with a day set aside as chocolate day!
